Every Boothly setup runs on Lumabooth with professional gear: a DSLR, an adjustable ring light, a Bluetooth-controlled RGB light box, and a thermal sublimation printer that hands prints to your guests in seconds. Your private online gallery is hosted for up to 7 days post-event.

- Retainer
- 25% non-refundable retainer to reserve the date.
- Final payment
- Due 14 days before your event.
- Service area
- Dallas-Fort Worth metro (within 30 miles of 75078). Travel beyond available with travel fee.
- Setup time
- We typically arrive 60-90 minutes before your event start time for setup at no extra charge.
- Cancellation
- All sales are final - no refunds. We offer a one-time courtesy reschedule when requested in writing at least 30 days before the event, with the new date within 12 months and subject to availability. See our No Refunds & Cancellation Policy for full terms.
- Insurance
- Fully insured. Certificate of Insurance available on request.
